Lost canoe lake is a 279 acre waterway in vilas county, wisconsin. it has a maximum depth of 41 feet. musky, panfish, largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, northern pike and walleye can be found here. visitors have access to lost canoe lake from public boat landings as well as public lands or parks. the water clarity is very clear.. Hello everyone.a friend and i went to canoe lake yesterday afternoon after work.we got there at 4 pm and fished till 9 pm.air temp in the 70s,h20 temp.72-74.lots of sun and breezy.water was slightly stained.i caught 8 largemouth from 7 to 17 one real nice crappie,and a 26 catfish.my friend caught....
